If you ask several Car Enthusiasts to define an "Exotic Car" or "Supercar" you will probably get a different explanation from each.

But in general some or all of the following conditions will be included in every answer (not listed in any particular order).

1. A low production car.

2. A high performance expensive car.

3. An imported high performance car.

4. A rare car not seen on the road every day.

I believe that the "Diablo" fits not just one, but actually all of these conditions and this classifies it as an "Exotic Car" at least in North America.
