All our products are shipped within 1-2 business days. Should a product be out of stock, we'll notify you of the delay immediately. If that happens (not likely), we will ask if you prefer to cancel your order and if you choose to do so, we'll reimburse your money immediately.


Please note: We currently only ship (our own products) to continental United States and Canada. For our partner's products, please read their respective shipping policies.

If you are not absolutely pleased with your purchase - for any reason - we will be happy to make an exchange or refund the purchase price including shipping and handling costs and will not charge you any re-stocking fees. Important: Please hold onto the original packaging materials in case you have to return a product. A product to be returned must be in like-new condition and must be returned in it's original packaging and include all packaging materials. A receipt must accompany all returns. Please remember that you must contact us and wait for our instructions before returning a product.
