History:

The car is a 1956 Oval Window VW Pro/ Mod (Drag Car) it has a full Chassis Frame with all VW running gear. Of coarse it has been Highly Modified but here are some Specs. It has a VW Case with an 82 X 94mm. Stroke and Bore for a total of 2276cc. it has Chevy Rods, 94mm. Wisco Pistons, a Custom Grind Cam, Scat Roller Rockers, Top Fuel Push Rods, 82 mm. Crank Shaft wedge mated and counter weighted, Turbo Charged (Rajay EF80).

Fuel is delivered by a Holley 750 cfm. dual feed double pumper, spark is from a Vertex mag. w/ 8 mm. wires. it pumps out 550 hp.@ 28 pounds of boost it has had boost of 36 lbs. very scary it weighs in at 300 lbs. without driver, it has ET Drag Front Tires & 10.5 in. Drag Slicks Rear, 4spd. built Trans. w/custom Linkage made by J Bros. Racing it has run as low as 9.40s at 144 mph. Paint by Dave Telford (Race City Cycles of Mound House NV.) It has many other Modifications not noted.
