Classic Car Pictures... But what is a Classic or Vintage Car?... A Classic or Vintage Car is a twenty plus years old Car and it can be Original or Restored. This definition also applies to Trucks, Motorcycles etc.
An Original hasn’t had any work done since it rolled-off the assembly line, except for regular maintenance and minor repairs of course. A Restored Classic Car as the name implies, has had some major work done to it to bring it back to its Original splendour.
Both are very valuable, but the value depends on many factors. If Original is the Car in good shape? Does it run well and does it have it's original papers? If Restored were all the original parts used in the restoration? Has all the work been documented? Are all the original papers still existing?
These are only some of the factors taken into consideration when appraising a Vintage or Classic Car.
