93 Pontiac Trans Am GT Pics

History:

I bought the car at a vehicle auction 18 months ago for $1,985.00. It was not in bad shape. Main thing was a few parking lot dings and broken ground effects. Drivetrain was perfect. Car has 152,000 miles and has never run better. Everything on the car is functional.

My son painted the car black at my request (originally green). I added the after market Ram Air hood. The graphics are hand painted as there are no decals on the car. Planning on keeping the car and passing it on to my son.

This is the first year model of the 4th generation Trans Am. All 93's were considered GT's. Car has 9 coats of clear coat over the black.

If you ever purchase an after market Ram Air hood for these cars be ready to spend one full day fitting & adjusting it to the car. They don't bolt on right out of the box.

Future Projects:

We are in the restoration business and are currently restoring a 57 Chevy Nomad Wagon for a friend. Truly awesome car. I myself have found a 72 MGB Convertible. I've had one before and I installed a 3.8 Chevy V-6 Engine with a 350 Automatic. The one that I am buying now will have a 4.3 Chevy Fuel Injected V-6. The 3.8 with mods ran mid 11's on the track. Really made Vetts and such mad at red lights. No telling what this one will do.
