78 Camaro Z-28 Pics

Here are some of the 1978 Camaro Specs:

• Custom 78 Z-28.

• Vet 350tpi.

• 700R4 trans.

History:

Bought it at 17, was totalled within a few months due to a young girl running a red light. My father told me to get rid of it and that it wasn't worth fixing... Having to replace the entire front end.

I pulled the car apart from the firewall forward, sub-frame and all. Replaced everything with donor car and reproduction parts. While doing so, I bought and dropped in the vet 350tpi and 700R4 trans.

Wired the entire setup within 5 months. After it was all completely functional again, I tackled the body and paint. At about the 8 month mark my car was complete.

Well, no muscle car is ever complete because there is always room for upgrades. Being 18, in school and working part time, I think I have done a pretty good job.
