POWERTRAIN
History:
I purchased this car in September 2006. It had a few dings in it, but was rust free and has since been repainted the original factory color. Still have a lot to do. Front seat needs re-finished, engine compartment needs detailed, but it's close.
When I was 12, I was BIG into Starsky & Hutch and whenever my Dad took his big LTD's in for service at the Dealership, I would go out and look for ANY S&H Torinos and then one day I saw this white Fastback car sitting on the used lot. It was long and mean and looked like it was going FAST sitting still. It was a 71 GT and I wanted one ever since. 31 years later the dream came true and a white 71 GT Torino now resides in MY garage!
After attending a show, my wife would like to have a metallic green 66-67 Fairlane GTA or Comet, or Falcon. When the Torino is finished, that's next.

What a great Picture of the Ford Torino GT. The exterior of this Car has been restored to its original glory including the paint color which is the original factory color. This is a very slick looking Muscle Car. Excellent aerodynamic lines that make this Car look like it's going fast even when it's just parked. Click on the Picture to enlarge. |
Great Picture of the Front of the Ford Torino GT. The Front of this Muscle Car is really nice and it's in excellent shape. All the chromed Trim as well as the Bumper have no apparent blemishes on any of them and are highly polished just like when they came out of the assembly line. Very nice Picture of the Side of the Ford Torino GT. It is very obvious on this Picture that the owners are very proud of this beauty. Standing beside the Car posing for this photo at what seems to be a Car Show. Telling by the open Hood and Trunk of the Torino GT as well as the open Hoods of the Cars behind it, it seems obvious that this is a Car Show. Make sure that you click on the Picture to enlarge. |
Here is a Picture showing a bit of the Rear Corner of the Torino GT. Too bad that the Picture only shows a little bit of the Passenger Side Rear Corner. However, even though only a little bit is showing, telling by the looks of it, the Rear of this beauty is in the same great shape as the Side and Front of the Car as this is obvious in other Pictures.
