The 69 AMC Hurst SC Rambler Pics, Specs and History
Hi: My name is Matt Wilson from Uniontown, PA, United States and these are my 69 AMC Hurst SC/Rambler Pics, Specs and History.
Here are some of the 69 AMC Hurst SC Rambler Pics Specs and Mods:
The Engine is 390 CID with the part number CROSS-RAM Intake.
4 Speed Stock Transmission.
Stock 354 Rear end Gears.
History:
This car was an eight time Class Winner at Keystone (Pittsburgh Pa.) Dragway back in the early 70's. It was running the 1/4 mile in 12.61 back then. It is a nice un-restored car with 36,000 miles. I still use and enjoy the car as much as I can.
This car has also appeared in many national magazines and has also been used as Auto Artwork.
Twenty years ago I had an old 1965 Rambler that was just a Six Banger and had well over 120,000 miles on it. I got my first speeding ticket in that car as I was dreaming of the day I would own a Hurst SC/Rambler. I never thought I would get a speeding ticket in that car, now I worry about getting one every time I take the SC/Rambler out !...
