It has a 1969 Boss 302.

The transmission is out of a 1970 Mustang Mach 1 it is a  C6 auto.

Oh yeah!... I added Neons to the undercarriage and a blue halo light behind the bullet on the grill, so when I am in the night cruises the area behind the grill is blue.

History:

I got the vehicle from a guy, trading a sandrail for it. The car needed a lot of work. It had mushrooms, moss and grass growing inside. I had to replace the glass and work on the paint, it was oxidized very badly. I also worked on the motor to get it running.

After getting it respectable enough, it won first prize, I was totally surprised. Two years later, our club was putting on a Christmas show here in town but on my way to the show I ended up slamming into a pole... Needless to say, I wasn't happy.

I got several estimates for repairing it ($3000.00 to $4200.00) but in the end I decided to do it myself (I had worked on body work and painting  with my dad and uncle). For the cost of $942.00 and the rental of a booth, I was able to two-tone it and put it back into shape. I used the original parts and very little body filler.
